At SocialBotWorld, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to deliver a top-tier experience. Please review our refund policy below:

• Refund Method: All refunds are provided in SocialBotWorld Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our platform.

• Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund in SocialBotWorld Credit if your order remains incomplete after 72 hours. After this period, please reach out to our support team to initiate a refund request.

• Completed Orders: Orders marked as completed are considered delivered, and no refunds will be provided unless there is a technical issue (e.g., incorrect delivery). Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with order results once the service is successfully delivered.

• Partial Orders: If an order is only partially fulfilled (some services are delivered, but not all), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit based on the undelivered portion of your order.

• No Cash Refunds: We do not issue refunds in real currency (e.g., cash, credit card). All refunds are provided exclusively as SocialBotWorld Credit.

• Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not available if:

The order was delivered correctly, but the account or platform where the service was applied was later changed, deleted, or penalized.

The service was provided as expected, but results (e.g., followers, likes) declined due to platform-related changes (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Fraudulent Disputes: If a payment dispute is filed, your SocialBotWorld account will be permanently banned. Attempting to reverse charges will result in immediate termination of services, and legal action may be pursued for disputes over $20.
