How do I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "My Order" section. There, you'll find updates on your order's progress, including statuses like "Pending," "Processing," "In Progress," "Completed," "Canceled," or "Partial."

Why is order taking so long?
An order may require 24 to 72 hours for completion. This delay typically occurs when the volume of orders surpasses the system's capacity, resulting in longer processing times. Factors contributing to this delay include a surge in order placements or technical issues hindering the system's efficiency.
During periods of system overload, orders may experience delays as they exceed the system's processing capabilities. This backlog can cause delays in order processing and fulfillment.
If an order extends beyond the 72-hour timeframe, buyers are encouraged to reach out to the Owner via Discord Server (discord.gg/socialbotworld) to report the delay and seek assistance.

What does partial mean?
Partial status occurs when the system is unable to fulfill an entire order, resulting in a partial refund for the undelivered portion. This can happen due to various reasons, such as technical issues or limitations in the system's capacity.
For example, if you purchase an order of 10,000 units for $10 and only 9,000 units are delivered, the system will automatically refund the remaining 1,000 units (equivalent to $1 in this scenario). Issues with order fulfillment typically resolve within 24-72 hours.
If you encounter this issue, we recommend exploring alternative service providers for your needs.

Why did my bots drop?
There could be several reasons for a decrease in orders through the SBW panel. Here are some possibilities:
Fast Services: Ordering fast services might result in a higher drop rate. Waiting a few hours for better service quality is often a better option.
No Refill: Ordering a service with no refill option means there's no warranty available.
Changes in Social Media Algorithms: Changes in social media platform algorithms can affect service quality and lead to order drops.
Changes in Service Quality: Decreased service quality can also cause a drop in orders.
Changes in Customer Behavior: Shifts in how your target audience uses social media or makes purchasing decisions can impact order volume. For example, if links are invalid, accounts are private, or customers don't read general guides and descriptions.
Technical Issues: Technical problems with the SBW system or social media platforms can contribute to order drops.
It's recommended to use high-quality services to minimize order drops.
